This workshop, which is sponsored by the Sri Lankan Decorative Arts Documentation Project, will be held in Colombo on 30 November-2 December, 2009. Visiting speakers will include Ebeltje Hartkanp-Jonxis and Martine Gosselink, Rijksmuseum; Rosemary Crill, V&A Museum, Steven Cohen, Independent scholar, London. Decorative Arts in Sri Lanka, sponsored by the American Institute for Sri Lankan Studies, and convened by Ayesha Abdur-Rahman, Colombo on 28-29 August 2008.
